IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All of our stores are closed at the moment.
Unfortunately we can't be sure when they will open again, but don't worry because we have extended
the returns period to 30 days from when the shops reopen.
All of our online services are still available, so you can carry on shopping in our official store.
Due to the particular circumstances of this period, at this time of health emergency, we inform you that the shipping and delivery service may be delayed.
As soon as there are any changes in the transport services, we will inform you about them here.
We are currently experiencing some limitations on our returns collection service. For this reason we have decided to suspend it temporarily.
The return period is extended by an additional 30 days from the time the service is back available.
Please wait for the authorisation from our Customer Service before making the return shipment.
