From today until December 25, every day is a new adventure. We will make you discover the Christmas Collections, we will give you many ideas and suggestions for your gifts, we will dedicate exclusive promotions and many other surprises will accompany you until Christmas.
To be sure your items will arrive in time for Christmas, place your order no later than 14:00 on 14 December.
Check that any addresses you’ve entered in the “My Addresses” field in the My Account section are correct and up to date.
Check the phone number you’ve entered is correct and current. If you haven’t already entered a phone number, we advise you to do it now, so that our Customer Care staff or Carrier can contact you if they need to. If necessary, correct any information which is often incorrect and/or incomplete and therefore delays delivery. The most frequent cause of delay is incorrect or incomplete address:
Missing or incorrect street name
Missing or incorrect post code
Missing or incorrect building number
Missing or incorrect name on doorbell in apartment block
If you pay by credit card, make sure funds are available for the card you’ve saved or wish to use for your purchase.
Extended returns period
For the Christmas period we’ve changed our returns policy, increasing the number of days available for returning goods. For all items shipped between 1st December and 31st December 2021 inclusive, requests for returns can be made up to 45 days from the delivery date.
Our usual returns policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery, will apply for orders shipped after 1st January 2022.
